Seasonal Employees Can Qualify for Benefits
Need the benefits of a year-round position while working as a seasonal employee?
You can qualify for great benefits just by coming back.
Our seasonal core employees are eligible for full health care, dental, eye, disability and life insurance as well as vacation pay and a 401K program that's one of the best in the business.
To become seasonal core, simply work one full season and then return for the next, with no more than 90 days break in between the two employment periods. This usually means that you will work both summer and winter seasons with us, or with another park operated by Xanterra Parks & Resorts.
During your second consecutive season, you can become eligible to sign up for the benefits our year-round staff gets.
To continue to receive those employment benefits, keep returning season after season, either here in Yellowstone or in another beautiful place on earth operated by Xanterra, such as the Grand Canyon, Death Valley or Mount Rushmore National Parks.
It's the best of both year-round benefits with the freedom of seasonal employment.
