Dorm Custodian

Dorm Custodians...help to create and maintain a good living environment for residents of employee housing in Yellowstone. As a member of the Personnel Team, this position plays an integral part in the unique lifestyle that living in a national park offers. more


Residence Coordinator

A Residence Coordinator in Yellowstone National Park is responsible for keeping employee residences and surrounding areas clean, safe and comfortable while maintaining an appropriate environment in the residences for living, resting and recreating. This position maintains a residence free from vandalism and inappropriate behavior, with security and Xanterra policy and regulations consistently enforced. This position offers wages above standard base-pay and single housing without a room mate. more


Personnel Manager

Personnel Managers at each village oversee the daily management of the domestic and work-related life that our employees live day to day. This includes overseeing employee housing and assignments, employee/management liason for job/performance issues, acting as a arbitrator in some dispute situations, helping to ensure that seasonal employees have the best living/working situation possible while upholding Company policy and procedures. more


Assistant Location Manager

Reports directly to the Location Manager or Manager, Operations. If the Location Manager, Manager, Operations or the Manager, Operations, Old Faithful Area is absent communication will be made to the Executive Director, Operations. Should the Executive Director, Operations be unavailable, the Assistant Location Manager will report directly to the General Manager. more


Housing Manager-Old Faithful Area

The Housing Manager will oversee the daily management of employee dormitories and Personnel staff in the Old Faithful Area. This includes overseeing employee housing and assignments, enforcing all housing policies and procedures, and ensuring that seasonal employees have the best living situation possible while maximizing dormitories and cabin usage. more


Assistant HR Manager-Old Faithful Area

This seasonal position assists in the management of all phases of Human Resources in the Old Faithful area. more
