About the Job...
Xanterra's IT Technicians provide direct support to the property's end user community including desktop support, end user application support, network and security resolution, phone support, TV cable system and IT Operations projects.
Technicians work directly with the IT Manager on more sophisticated issues/projects and assists with areas that are more complex. IT technicians are also responsible for computer operations tasks that need to be completed in the data center when assigned those responsibilities.
