The Laundry Operations Plant...

is the hub of comfort and hospitality in Yellowstone National Park! The plant, located at the north entrance to Yellowstone in Gardiner, Montana, is the second largest facility of it's kind west of the Mississippi River.

Here all lodging and dining linens are cleaned, dried and prepared for use at all nine locations in Yellowstone. It takes teamwork and organization to keep the process going smoothly, but the rewards for working hard are many including camraderie, satisfaction of a job well done, and living quarters in Gardiner that feature kitchens and in-room telephone access.

Distribution Manager

The Manager of Distribution trains and supervises all employees for shipping, bin washing, sorter/folding crew, receiver, and truck driving operations. Responsible for the inventory and sanitizing of all Laundry Bins. Efficient and accurate completion of all shipping orders, while maintaining quality standards. Parkwide distribution, trucks loaded accurately maintaining load balance, safety checks, and cleanliness inside and out. more

Laundry Help

The Laundry Help - Wash Deck/Tunnel Operator positions in Yellowstone provide guests with good quality linen product used throughout the park. Teamwork and positive communication with all supervisors and co-workers are essential in this fast paced, high heat environment. more

Laundry Office Assistant

The Laundry Office Assistant/Receiver works in the center of it all! This position assists Laundry Operations team in taking in park laundry, handling correspondence, visitors, recordkeeping and file systems in the Laundry Plant. more

Laundry Production Manager

The Production Manager trains and supervises employees for wash deck, Tunnel, and Finish Floor operations. Responsible for ensuring linens are processed in an efficient manner meeting production and quality standards. more

Laundry Truck Driver

For Truck Drivers in Yellowstone ensure the movement of linens and other Laundry Operations products around the park. Drivers operate vehicles up to 62-feet in length over narrow park roads late at night, in various weather conditions. more

Seamstress

The Seamstress keeps it all together, with alterations and clothing repairs that ensure Yellowstone staff look good in their uniforms! Other duties include issuing and receiving uniforms.
