About the Job...

The Plumber provides plumbing skills necessary to maintain water operations in Xanterra facilities around the park.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide plumbing skills necessary for maintaining facilities.
• Accountable for materials used and ordering of items needed for job completion or inventory replacement per established Company procedure.
• Ability to read and work from blueprints.
• Does non-plumbing related repair and maintenance as necessary.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Journeyman ability in the plumbing trade - valid license and/or proof of experience.
• Install, maintain and repair water lines, steam lines, drainage lines, steam condensate return lines, steam traps, pressure regulators, recirculating pumps, condensate pumps, sewer lines,
• plumbing rough-in and sets plumbing fixtures.
• Able to do soldering, acetylene welding and arc welding.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
• Skilled in use of tools common to the trade.
• This position will require the use of respiratory protection. OSHA standards require a clean-shaven face and a medical screening.
• Comply with all current related safety and health requirements.
• Able to read, understand and comply with all current Company policies and procedures.
• Must possess physical stamina and condition to withstand heavy labor related work in an outside environment.
• Must be capable of lifting objects weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

AUTHORITIES:

Work with maintenance and location personnel.
