Reservations Department

The Reservations Department answers questions and makes reservations for future Yellowstone guests who call into our Call Center.

Reservations Sales Agents help people who have never been to Yellowstone learn about ways to experience the park.  Agents help future guests plan their vacation in Yellowstone by informing them about lodging, dining and activities available around the park, and assisting with making reservations.

This positions requires the ability to be friendly, cheerful and professional on the phone for extended periods of time.  Reservations Sales Agents go through extensive training on our reservations computer system and must be willing to learn about Yellowstone's lodging and natural features and share that information with our callers.

Reservations Sales Agent

The Reservations Sales Agent is a primary member of the Reservations Department team! Reservations Sales Agents help people who have never been to Yellowstone learn about all the ways to experience the park. Reservations Supervisor

Seasonal Reservations Supervisor assists in the development and training of Reservations Department Staff and helps monitor the quality of guest service and staff performance. more
