Yellowstone National Park...
is one of the most memorable places on earth! Retail Associates in nine gift shops around the park help guests choose items to take home as reminders of their own amazing adventures. Previous cash handling experience is required, along with excellent guest service skills and attention to detail. If you have retail experience, this could be the job for you!
The Retail Department is even more than that. Each season, we hire staff to work in the Distribution Center in Gardiner, Montana. The D.C. is the hub of our operation and the warehouse where we take in the products we offer our guests, distribute them for each store, and send them out into the park for folks to take home as memories of their trip to "Wonderland".
Retail Sales Associate
Retail Sales Associates work in our gift shops greeting guests, answering questions about a wide variety of merchandise and ensuring that all guests go home with memories of their trip to Yellowstone....not souvenirs. Associates stock shelves, clean the store and assist in unloading delivery trucks. Although cash-handling experience is a must, this is not a cashier's job. Retail Sales Associates are guest service associates...who know how to operate a point- of-sale cash register system. more
Gift Shop Manager
Retail Gift Shop Managers are working managers! They not only oversee the daily operation of our retail stores located in each hotel or lodge around the park, they spend time on the floor; checking out guests at the register, restocking inventory and engaging shoppers who visit the store. more
Distribution Center Help
Retail Distribution Center is the hub of retail activity in the park! Distribution Center Help takes in merchandise from our vendors, stocks our warehouse shelves, fills orders for inventory items, then gets them on our trucks for delivery to gift shops in the park! more
