Working in Yellowstone is a great experience! You will have an opportunity to meet and work with people from over 30 countries. What could possibly make an experience like this better? Friends!

While you will meet new friends quickly, it is always exciting to share new experiences with people you know. We recognize the value of friends and we are excited about sharing all the Yellowstone opportunities available. In order to help encourage a little sharing, we have established the Yellowstone Bring a Buddy Program.

For every friend that you help to experience Yellowstone we will pay you $200.00! Imagine an extra $200.00 or more, to do whatever you want! Take your friends to dinner, split it with them, buy a new camera....you'll have $200.00!

In order to qualify, all you need to do is follow the procedure outlined below, fill out the form, experience Yellowstone with as many friends as you can find, and enjoy some extra cash! Once the employee you referred has completed at least 4 weeks of continuous employment at Yellowstone National Park Lodges during the qualifying time periods and you have worked at least four weeks at any time during the year, you will be eligible to receive the $200.00 (less taxes, darn it) for your spending pleasure!

Procedure for claiming your cash!

  • Refer an applicant who meets the following qualifications:
  • The applicant must be hired and complete at least four weeks of employment
       in the qualifiying periods.
  • These periods are April 1st through June 11th and August 14th through
       November 5th of 2008.
  • The applicant must not have worked for Xanterra in the last 3 years.
  • The applicant must complete a Referral Fee Application and submit it PRIOR to the    employee beginning work with Xanterra.
  • You and your buddy must be employees in good standing at the time of
       referral payout.

    Each month a report will be run based on the referral forms received and those who have met the above qualifications will receive the referral fee. The fee will be added to your pay check or a check will be mailed to you. Remember, this program can be discontinued at any time, so find a buddy and claim your cash today!
