Chefs in Yellowstone manage the kitchen at each of the nine hotels and
lodges in Yellowstone. These are large, high volume operations and this position oversees the production of
all guest menu items, hot and cold, as well as the Employee Dining Room. A sous Chef works under the Chef and is normally responsible for either the morning or evening shifts. Months before the opening of our food operations, our Executive Chef and his staff have tested the recipes and worked out prep and par lists for each kitchen in the park. This support staff will be there to help train you and your staff and work with you throughout the season.
