This position oversees the operation of the dining room, it's staff and the service our guests receive! It requires experience in restaurant front of the house operations, and much more!

Whether its guests anxious to get an early start to their day with a hearty breakfast, taking a break for lunch or recalling their day's adventures over a relaxing dinner, our dining rooms are busy places! Our guests are from around the world, and of all ages and backgrounds. Each has his/her own expectation of what is a good dining experience.

Opening up on time, supervising and supporting the staff of hosts, servers and server assistants, insuring every guest receives excellent service while maintaining good sales and minimizing costs are all facets of this job.
