Employee Dining Room Manager in Yellowstone is responsible for serving Yellowstone's "in-house" guests....the employee!

We serve our employees over 6,000 meals each day, and they deserve the best! The "EDR" Manager oversees the daily production and service of food to our employees. This position is responsible for all daily aspects of food preparation, facilities and a team of EDR servers.
