Food & Beverage Manager in Yellowstone oversees all food and beverage outlets at one of our nine lodges in the park. This may include a dining room and/or cafeteria, guest lounge, an employee dining room and pub, along with other smaller food outlets.

The Food & Beverage Manager arrives prior to the location's opening in the spring and works with the year-round support staff team to train staff and open facilities for the season.

This position is responsible for the supervision of a seasonal management team and all food & beverage staff on location and the daily operations.
