Night Guest Service Agent
This Guest Service Agent position is scheduled to work almost exclusively during the overnight hours at our front desks.
Senior Guest Service Agent
This position takes a senior, or lead role in supervising staff at the front desk of our hotels and lodges. Previous front desk experience
is required for this position.
Tour Guest Service Agent
This position is responsible for ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in and stay for group tours spending time in our hotels and lodges.
Guest Service Agents wear uniforms provided by the company. Employees must bring their own leather, close-toed shoes,
matching socks and belt.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the Front Office Managers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide excellent guest service in an efficient manner.
To greet guests who have made advance reservations for lodging and activities and register them in an
efficient and friendly manner.
To greet visitors who are looking for accommodations and attempt to meet their needs either by locating
lodging in the park or assisting them with lodging availability outside the park.
To provide professional and courteous service to park visitors.
To enthusiastically promote and sell park activities, transportation and lodging.
To answer questions and give out accurate and helpful information.
To accurately follow cash handling procedures.
To adhere to all department and Company policies and procedures.
To promote and educate guests on Xanterra Parks & Resorts® environmental policies and procedures.
To ensure guest security by the proper handling of guest keys and information, as established by the
Lodging Department.
To conscientiously handle lost and found items as established by Xanterra Parks & Resorts®.
To perform other duties as assigned and assist other departments as needed.
